There's a job that could boost my business performance but we lack the time, knowledge and budget to do it

Whether it's a question of saving time, finding a new sales lead, simplifying a process, personalising a customer experience, improving online visibility, unlocking business knowledge through smart use of data or many other business problems; we bring practical and affordable solutions.

The problems you've been working around for years
You'll recognise this

The month-end reconciliation that takes two days every cycle.

Or this

The complex regulatory document that needs an expert every time it lands.

Or this

The reporting workflow that lives across five different tools and a spreadsheet.

Real Business
New economics.

For decades, building software for a single business or task was uneconomic. Deploying software into a business was complex and costly. AI has changed all this.

We are a senior, multidisciplinary team that have scaled real businesses across both B2B and B2C sectors.

We understand businesses and we get the importance of people and process to business success. Using AI-native tooling in the build pipeline, we do in a month what used to take a quarter and in a way that is easily absorbed into businesses.

Work that was once uneconomic and difficult is now possible for SMEs.

AI-native tooling

Compresses every stage of the build.

Hardened by scale

Our team has scaled: PlayStation, UNiDAYS, Ecologi, Rakuten.

Recent work to improve business performance.

Two recent builds, each fitted to one business and deeply integrated into how it runs. Shipped in weeks, on budgets that used to be impossible. Each one sharpens an edge their competitors can't replicate.

Case 01

Two-hour pricing quotes, now five minutes.

The problem: Biodiversity Units UK was getting more inbound leads than its team could process. Every BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) compliance estimate took an expert ecologist one to two hours, working through a complex compliance spreadsheet. The team couldn't keep up. Good leads went cold.
What we built

One engine, two surfaces. Used internally to price quotes in minutes, and as a public tool customers self-serve. CRM-connected, so new leads get an estimate automatically.

BNG Price Calculator public landing page, showing free access signup and headline pricing stats
Public surfaceThe customer-facing entry point. Real pricing data covering 85% of the UK's biodiversity credit market, sourced from 165+ habitat banks.
BNG Price Calculator internal pricing engine, showing unit totals and a recommended procurement strategy
Internal pricing engineCRM-connected. Generates a BNG-compliant estimate from real market data in under five minutes.
Outcomes

"What used to take our ecologist two hours now takes five minutes. We've stopped saying no to inbound leads."

Case 02 · LeadScout

Early sales leads automatically in your inbox

LeadScout reads every UK local-authority planning feed (over 300 of them, generating thousands of applications a day) and surfaces the ones that fit your business.

Each opportunity is scored against your profile, summarised, and delivered as a daily inbox your team can shortlist or archive. Built in-house at Naitiv. In beta with SMEs across construction, EV infrastructure and renewables.

LeadScout matches view, showing a scored list of UK planning applications and a fit summary for the selected match
Curated matches viewA scored daily inbox of relevant planning applications, ready to shortlist or archive.

Cost-effectively processing 100,000s of planning applications and millions of documents every year — extracting the key details from each.

We create real results.

Most companies are interested in real, tangible results.
We are the same. Our work creates:

Enhanced customer service

The technology allows for a greater understanding or higher service level.

Better business competitiveness

Your competitive edge is sharpened, your proposition is harder to copy.

Improved business valuation

Having a technological moat that enhances the value of the company.

Fits how you already work

The technology adapts to your process — it doesn't force you to change how you do things.

Fast adoption across your team

Built to be picked up immediately, making your people faster and sharper, not slower.

How we work.

Five stages on a cycle. Discovery, prototype, build, hand over, iterate. Then back to discovery. The cycle keeps the workflow sharpening every quarter.

01

Discovery + scope

One sprint with your team. We map the workflow, find the friction, and write the brief. You leave with a clear picture of what we'll build, and what we won't.

02

Rapid prototype

We use AI to build a high-fidelity interactive prototype in days, not months. You hold it, click through it, and tell us what to fix. The feedback you give us is real, because the prototype is.

03

The main build

The production build. Founder-led, shipped weekly so you see exactly what we've built as we go. No surprises at the end.

04

Hand over & deliver

Documented. Deployed. Demo'd to your team. All IP, code and infrastructure access assigned to you on day one.

05

Iterate & improve

The team that built it stays on. The workflow gets sharper every quarter, until the next thing needs scoping.

The things we get asked.

What kind of work do you take on?
Work where the value is clear and the SaaS market is empty. Most of our work has been in sales, marketing, and operations for UK SMEs in the £1M–£50M revenue range.
What's the time commitment from my team?
During Discovery: a few half-day sessions with whoever owns the workflow. During Build: a regular check-in to keep you in the loop. That's it. You don't need a project manager on your side, and we won't ask for one.
How is this different from a consultancy?
Consultancies write strategy decks. We ship code that runs. The team that wrote the brief is the team that builds it; the team that builds it is the team that runs it. There's no handover.
How is this different from hiring a contract dev?
A contract dev builds what you tell them. We tell you what's worth building — and what isn't. You also get a team, not a person, which means the build doesn't stop when one engineer goes on holiday.
Do you work outside the UK?
Occasionally. Most of our work has been UK-focused but we've shipped for clients in the EU and US. If you're outside the UK and the workflow needs UK data (planning, BNG, Companies House), we're a strong fit. Otherwise it depends on the timezone overlap.

Send us a brief.

Tell us about the project or problem you've been turning over. One paragraph is enough. We'll get back to you soon.

We reply within one working day. Usually from Andrew, with questions rather than a pitch.

No obligation, no follow-up unless you ask.
